The IQ Form is used to gather statistical data, so please fill it in and submit it with your answers (Mensa members must show proof of their membership).

To quote Dr. Jonathan Wai: "This test was designed as an experimental measure of the high range of mental ability. I do not know what this test measures, although people who score highly on this test also tend to score highly on standardized intelligence tests.
The norm for this test only gives you a theoretical IQ score which is really just a guess."
